I spent 11 days here and the whole staff was amazing and comforting the whole time. They communicated what was going on the whole time. We couldn't have been more blessed by coming to this hospital in our time of need.
I would have given Rose a 5 star review if we hadn't just been given the run-around on our billing situation. No one from Rose or their outsourced billing department can explain to me why my vaginal birth and less-than-two-day stay cost only $700 less than my c-section/5-day stay only two years prior. My charges/bills are through the roof and no one there has done anything to explain why. The nurses were phenomenal, but this billing situation has tainted my experience.

My mom stayed 3 nights after her surgery in the orthopedic wing and we couldn't have been happier of the care she received. Thank you to Joni, Sarah, Marne Emily in OT. You were all so wonderful! Thanks to every one who took care of her! You are all wonderful and caring people! I forgot to mention Alicia and I'm sure others.
