Do not go there if you can help it! I have been fighting with them for OVER a year with absolutely no results. I went in for a wellness physical, which was free under my insurance, and they mislabeled my charts. Soon after I got a bill for 500 dollars! It is absolutely ridiculous that I would have to pay something for their screw up! Every time I talk to them they are going to look into it, but every month I still get a bill. If they had any morals they would just fix their mistake.
Great hospital and great staff! I was there for a hysterectomy at the beginning of this year, and I was amazed at the warmth and professionalism of every employee I came in contact with from the front desk to the housekeepers! The nurses there are FANTASTIC, I can't say enough about their kindness, their upbeat energy, and their level of knowledge. My fiancé spent several days on the 4th floor. The entire staff took such good care of her, from house keeping to the Dr's, everyone treated her with kindness and went over the top to make sure she was comfortable. They were awesome.

I had an outpatient surgical procedure done at Rose today and I cannot say enough about the staff who took care of me! Ian, Kathy, Linda, my pre-op nurse and my anesthesiologist were positively amazing. What a truly great group of Healthcare professionals! I was blessed to have them take care of me!
We are from Grand Junction, Colorado and think that we have outstanding healthcare on the Western Slope. My daughter had to have surgery last month and we were fortunate enough to have our Surgeon practice at Rose Medical Center. From pre-op to surgery to recovery to the 6th floor staff I never imagined such care. Rose Medical Center is above and beyond outstanding. If possible we would give them extra stars. I wish there was something we could do for each and every person who helped our Daughter. Our best to you all.
