There is a man standing on scaffolding at my wife's recovery room using a hammer drill. The water taps in the room are reversed. The chair is broken. The nurse comes only if called and offers no help, but only responds to specific requests after I google our concerns.
Every single staff person from the housekeeping dept , nursing staff and registration staff make this hospital a lovely experience!

The wonderful staff in the ER, cardiac surgery, cardiology and cardiac rehab saved my life. I can never express the extent of my gratitude and admiration for their expertise and compassion. I love Rose Medical Center.
The entire staff from housekeeping to surgeons, nurses, and Dr.'s were AMAZING! I have never had the service they provided at any other hospital. Every person I encountered at the hospital was encouraging, helpful and made the whole experiance enjoyable. Thank you Rose Medical Center for your excelsior service! �❤

The staff at Rose Medical's Emergency Department were absolutely wonderful!! It didn't matter that I was uninsured or that my history was complicated. They were so very sweet to me. And when the nurse called her supervisor to try my IV line because she was unsure of herself, I was so impressed by her humbled humility; that takes A LOT of guts! Thanks ladies!
My daughter was born here via emg c section in Dec of 2014. 6 days for me 21 days for her. So thankful we had Rose's NICU team. Amazing. Food is also amazing here!
NICU nurses are special people. Bowen was born there.
