History Established in 1971. Since 1971, Rosa's has continually provided Knoxville and East TN residents with the best in food and beverage catering and cake design. We wouldn't have it any other way. It all started in Italy, to be exact. Rosa Nussbaumer's parents came from Sicily in 1913. Omg. Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Best food served at an event I've ever used! The service was out of this world! Will definitely use again!
It was the best ever she did a life size peacock teal and gold the tail detailed around the tiers so beautiful and delicious
My grandmother, Judy Dyer worked there for 20 years. Always fun going into the kitchen to get little treats and snacks. Also mamaw bringing things home. It was great. They have delicious meals and sweets.
Rosa's provided our wedding cake, cake pops, and mini cupcakes for our wedding on April 4th. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was delicious too! Reasonable pricing as well. Delivery might be a little on the high side but necessary considering I had so many other things to do that day!. :)
