History Established in 1971. Since 1971, Rosa's has continually provided Knoxville and East TN residents with the best in food and beverage catering and cake design. RecommendedSeptember 2018- I highly recommend Rosa’s Catering! They are very professional, and they are very friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate their clients. Their food is delicious, and there is a variety to choose from. I will definitely use Rosa’s Catering again for future events.
Special thanks to Rosa’s for catering the 60th Anniversary Celebration of Holston Gases. We had almost 600 in attendance and the event was a huge success! Phil, Ginger, and the entire team provided outstanding service beginning with the planning process and carrying through to the delicious dinner. Thank you for making our celebration so special!
They did a fantastic job for our daughter’s wedding last Saturday. Paid special attention to just what we wanted. We had a tasting session at Rosa’s several months ago and IT was even a special affair. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!
Excellent food and amazing service. I had 80 guests at my event and everyone was highly complimentary of the food and service! What an awesome team to work with. My party was completely stress free thanks to the professional service I received.
Rosa's provided the food for my daughter's reception on Saturday, April 14th, at the Knoxville Art Museum. The food and service were great. Ginger and her team were wonderful and attentive.
The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. They were great with creating a budget friendly menu and helping us with changes. Our guests loved the food and service. They made plates for my husband and I and boxed up to go plates for us. We highly recommend them for any event you may have.
