History Established in 1971. Since 1971, Rosa's has continually provided Knoxville and East TN residents with the best in food and beverage catering and cake design. Hands down THE BEST! From the very beginning I knew I wanted to use Rosa's. We had met with a few others, but Ginger made me feel so comfortable and I felt so confident in our choice. I cannot say enough good things about Ginger and her team. They have the best customer service and genuinely care about you, ensuring your event is a success. They were so responsive to every question and detail, and went above and beyond to help, willing to do some tasks that weren't even their job. They were also incredibly flexible along the way as we made decisions. THANK YOU!
We used them for our wedding and we are beyond thankful that we did! They did the set up, flow of the dinner, and the take down. The staff went above and beyond. I would recommend them for any event that you have. Food was excellent!!
One of the best caterers in Knoxville not just because of the food, but because of their service. Rosa's took care of my sister's wedding yesterday and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as she wanted. The workers even took care of responsibilities that were not their own such as cleaning and putting away champagne flutes that she rented. To put it simply: great food, great display, great prices. They hit EVERYTHING you need for catering. Incredibly affordable and quality food! I would love to work with them again for anything else I could need for catering :)
Their aren't enough starts to say how wonderful everything was at our daughters wedding. From the set up to set s to the cooking and cleaning. Ginger runs a great staff. We had a sit down dinner for 100 people and it was so smooth thanks again for a awesome time Grace Mastroianni
