My 85 year old grandmother was admitted Tuesday May 12th showing stroke symptoms. The nurse assigned to her was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive towards her pain and symptoms. They released her within 6 hours with no diagnosis. They were made aware that she had afib , but did no tests to verify. She was admitted to another hospital Wednesday May 13th after suffering sever stomach pain and passed away this morning. Care goes to crap when you can’t have family members there to keep an eye on things. No freaking communication. You may find status of loved one or you may not. Her nurse is not allowed to update spouse and doc may or may not call.

What a shame that one of your employees sees fit to harass people because they take the Covid 19 crisis seriously when she doesn’t. You really should have a talk with your employees about the seriousness and since she’s touting her job in healthcare, it’s not a good look.
