Apparently you have very racist Nurses taking care of people. Wonder if she thinks black patients are “ thugs?”
Care goes to crap when you can’t have family members there to keep an eye on things. No freaking communication. You may find status of loved one or you may not. Her nurse is not allowed to update spouse and doc may or may not call.
