Very disappointed in our service here. Roots RV is listed as a Forest River approved repair center. We took our trailer here for repairs when our REAR tire tread wore off one tire. After a few days we called to check on it. We were told the FRONT axle would be replaced. When we questioned why the front axle and not the rear, they told us to take our trailer elsewhere for service. The owner explained that they never make any money on warranty repair work and he also labeled us as "dissatisfied" customers and immediately refus... read more
