The truth is Larry root is a liar he sold a family and RV and 10 days later the transmission went out on it and they were stranded in Kentucky and he just left in there such as your problem you bought it because it was used but he didn't even try to help them locate somebody to help him get it towed or fixed or get that family off the side of the road nope he got that money and that's all I been worried about Larry Root is a thief and a liar

I've bought parts on several occasions and had my furnace repaired there and will do business with them again
My first experience with the service department was great, really quick turnaround on some warranty work. Definitely gonna go back for my RV needs.
We bought a 2017 salem by forest river, and we were beyond pleased with the way we were treated during the process.

More issues the water heater that roots had "fixed" twice is once again not fixed also a dresser drawer about one of the bunks fell and almost hit my 1 year old in the head but I'm sure Larry and the Roots RV staff will claim they didn't "sell" the water heater or drawer even though they come in the campers they do sell. Once again DO NOT BUY OR GET SERVICE from this dealer.
We bought our Salem Hemisphere from Roots 3 yrs ago and could not be happier with the service they've provided. We recommend them to friends, family and anyone who is looking to buy a camping unit. Larry goes out of his way to be helpful and the service guys - Nathan and Rich - are the best!
