Some nice sounding people but do not keep their word. After 18 months of back and forth to get our camper fixed we saw their true colors. What should have been a straight forward insurance job in June 2019... they had the camper from November 2019- March 2020 and never did the job. They cashed the check and rescheduled so they could do the work August 2020. From the get go they told us they would work our deductible amount into what they stated for insurance- an extra $290. RecommendedRecipe for best hotdogs: Go to Roots RV and buy a trailer and grab a couple chairs let smoke cook them dogs for 45 minutes. :) Seriously best buying experience in my life. We travelled hundreds of miles to visit Roots RV and we haven’t gone back home since buying the trailer. Friendly, kind, no gimmicks, honest, knowledgeable, like buying from your trusted best friend Rare in this day and age. We didn’t buy an RV we bought a new life adventure!!!!
We bought a new Camper from Root's in June. The whole buying experience was fantastic. The staff was great and made us feel valued. We've had a few issues with the camper, but all have been addressed and fixed without issues.
We're new to Roots RV service dept and they took great care of us. Everyone in RV sales/service is really busy and parts are hard to come by but they took care of us & our Roadtrek. Thanks guys.

I submitted an application on a camper via the Root's website and was contacted within 2 days by a Sales associate. The same day I received an estimate for the camper in which I promptly replied asking about next steps. I haven't received a call or email since that time. I sent another email asking for an update which has also gone without response. For things to start off so good and then end so abruptly, I am left to wonder what in the world happened!? I feel like a bad prom date......
