As another reviewer below stated, Larry is a thief and a liar. I had one good experience, followed by another experience in which he essentially stole nearly $3000. Multiple phone calls attempting to resolve only resulted in this guy showing his true colors. Please don't waste your time here.
RecommendedI use to be a truck driver a few months back an I would stop in Root’s every time I passed thru town to get stuff for my RV. I only had one bad experience. One of the men working was rude an obnoxious towards me. Every question I asked him it seemed like he was mad at me for asking. I understand people have bad days so I don’t hold it against him. Other than that everything was perfect!
These guys offer excellent service and they are very friendly to work with. I highly recommend them for your RV or trailer needs. They have always performed great service for me and even in a bind they have jumped through hoops to get me fixed and back on the road.
We purchased a camper and the overall experience was wonderful. From the response from Internet inquiry, the showing of the camper, purchasing supplies, the walk through and delivered product, and to the title work department I could not have asked for better service. The staff was Polite, knowledgeable, and met our every need. I was very pleased and will recommend them to all my friends. I will definetly be a repeat customer.
Anna Whiting and Roots Rv is definitely worth the drive for an rv. If you are wanting a camper it is definitely worth checking them out. Great customer service during and after hours. These people make you feel like part of the family.
Drove from Maryland to Roots RV to upgrade into our new Cruise Lite. Was a smooth process with just a few easy phone calls. Upon arriving at Roots our new unit was waiting for us pre-sale inspection complete with no worries. Handed over the keys to my tow vehicle and before we had the sale paperwork completed the technicians had installed my brake controller, new weight distribution hitch, and had my vehicle hooked up and level. I use to refer everyone to them,but after this last trip we had & with the way it is being handled I will never refer anyone again & will now go to another rv place in Kentucky to do my business
Larry and his staff are excellent people! They always take care of any service needs immediately, and most recently we had a question about my sons camper (that wasn’t bought at Root’s) and Nathan Jennings talked us through the problem on the phone, even when the dealership it was bought from refused to help them (even with a high priced extended warranty!)I’ll always buy from Root’s RV!!
