RecommendedService, pricing, and no pressure shopping. Good people to work with in getting a camper. Feel that we were treated well. They post their prices online. I avoided those who did not.

I had a bad experience with Roots in the past, but wanted to give them a second chance because I found a pull behind there that I was interested in. That was a mistake. I got a good deal on an older pull behind, but at what cost? I had to wait a week to pick it up so they could "clean it and inspect it" needless to say, absolutely NO cleaning was done in that week. Went to pick up our camper there that they had and our icemaker that was bolted down was gone, our stools were missing and are full propane tanks were replaced with old empty ones.
I have been a happy customer for years! I have bought 2 campers, a hitch and lots of misc camper accessories, along with an aluminum trailer from Roots RV. Service after the sale is HUGE to me — they have exceeded my expectations in that department time and time again. I couldn’t be happier with Larry and the entire gang. I was going to purchase a camper from roots today. I was offered a certain amount for my camper, sight unseen. When I got there the owner was rude and hard to deal with. He offered way less than what they had agreed on, on paper for our camper. They found fault with our camper after they had already made out a contract between us and them with the price we agreed on. So my mother bought camper from them and paid cash about $40,000.00 well it was supposed to be the top of the line and it wasn't the frame was bent and it had electrical issues, had it not been for the surge protector it would have burned down our house. So she wanted to trade it in and they let her after treating her poorly.
