Roots is my favorite coffee house in the area. Fantastic and friendly staff, great food and drinks and awesome place to work or meet up with people.

Roots is most definitely GR's best coffee shop! Anytime I want to study, work, or just meet up with friends I go to Roots. The staff are amazing and the customers go so regularly it feels more like a community than a coffee shop when you go! Great people, great coffee, great pastries, tons of seating options and lots of big windows! Highly recommend!!
Everything! love this place! however waffle Saturdays or scrambled egg and bacon cream cheese bagel could be my favorite!
