Service was excellent!! The service person arrived at the house within 1.5 hours of calling the office. The technician was extremely professional and informative about the cause of the problem as well as different problems that generally arise with main lines. The price at \$330 was a bit steep for 30 minutes of work.

Incredibly friendly both the phone operator and the service technician.The job was done successfully within the time promised. Cleaning a sewer is not a pleasant task, nor is paying for it. But these folks make it as pleasant as possible. I m amazed.

Service for toilet repair couldn t have been better. Tammy told me Tim would be at my home in an hour, and he rang my doorbell in exactlhy an hour. Tim was professional, informative and provided the repair efficiently and quickly, at a verhy reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Rooter Man to anyone who needs plumbing service, and I wouldn t think of calling anyone else the next time I need help.
