Our basement was backed up and overflowing! We called Rooter-Man 911. Gary from Rooter-Man 911 was supposed to be available for our emergency call about two hours after we called. He showed up in less than 30 minutes! Rooter-Man 911 dispatchers explained the procedure on the phone in a very clear manner and even mentioned that they drug tests/background check all their technicians - that was comforting!
