I used to eat at Roosevelt's when I lived in the Sacramento area and had a chance to get to San Francisco. I have been out of state now for many years living in Olympia, Washington. I returned to Roosevelts today for the first time since 1992! The décor has changed minimally, prices inflated of course, still the menu and flavors remain excellent. The owner took the time to welcome us back personally !
Chilaquiles are mostly what I have here. Despite my predisposition, I have enjoyed their tamales. Back to the chilaquiles-I recommend them with eggs, chorizo and tomatillo sauce
