We ordered a sofa love seat and recliner. It was delivered on Tuesday. We called Rooms to Go on Thursday telling them that the recliner was awful, hard as a brick, wanted to return or exchange. We were told, not so politely, there's a no return/exchange policy. Either refuse it at delivery or it's yours. We'll never deal with this company again. They could care less if your happy as long as they Get their money. You've lost a customer here and I'll be sure to pass it on to anyone that will listen.

I had a very positive and pleasant experience at this location. Tina was so helpful and very patient while we made our decision on a couch. We came and looked at the couch 3 separate times before we purchased. She let us rearrange the floor model all we wanted so we could get the feel for how it would look in our living room. We had the couch delivered quickly and there were no issues on the delivery end.
I'm very disappointed with Rooms To Go Customer Service. They called me & sold me a warranty for my bed, but when it's time to get service they conveniently can't replace the bed rail even though the person who sold me the warranty told me everything was covered. So I paid 224.00 for a worthless warranty. That bed rail is probably less than $100.00. So word to the wise, if you purchase furniture from Rooms To Go don't get sucked into that extended warranty trap. It's just a gimmick to get more of your money.
Worse furniture buying experience ever. Was suppose to get our 5th delivery attempt on the same piece of furniture today 2-6 and I'm still waiting on it. On top of being 3 hours late tonight the person at the store that I was dealing width (since corporate closes while deliveries are still taking place) was rude to my wife and hung up on me. They tried rescheduling for tomorrow but we insisted on tonight since we have accommodated 5 days already just to receive busted and broken furniture. Supervisors from corporate don't re... read more

Worst experience ever they "delivered" to the outside ground floor outside my condo! Really awful customer service!
Just in case I'm not the last person to know, Rooms to Go is the equivalent of Comcast when it comes to customer service and righting a wrong. I've received a sand paper enema from them and would like to help others avoid the same outcome. To sum up, delivered extremely damaged item Dec 9th. No replacement until Dec 26th. Just received a call and now no replacement until Jan 9th and no willingness to work with or just take back the crappy furniture. Awesome Rooms to Go! Awesome!
