Classic bait and switch tactics here. I would not be forced to buy higher cost furniture because the items in their ad are not available for over 2 months.
We were greeted by Brendan Higgins upon entering the store and let him know we were looking for new living room furniture. We had visited a different Rooms to Go store two times in the previous week, and just couldn’t make up our minds or agree. Brendan was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and offered the right amount of support, without being pushy or intrusive. Well I like the the room packages but I don't like how the sales person try to get you to change up your account just because you have it they will try to get you maxed out on your limit just so they can get a good commission
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I had a horrible experience save your time and shop somewhere else. I dislike complaining but the delivery system at this store is awful. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews before you make an order, worst experience ever.
This is my second experience with Rooms To Go at Regency. I dealt with Wilson who greeted me the first time back in March I purchased two bedroom suits... beautiful, great delivery no problems. This Labor Day weekend I went back to purchase furniture for my office, I requested Wilson and he went above and beyond to help me with the design of my Lobby and my office. We had a great experience at the store, however have had two deliveries and both times were forced to send the piece of furniture back. Awaiting a third delivery, and hopefully they do better or we cancel the order. Shame is that we have looked for months to find the right piece of furniture.
We were greeted by John upon entering the store and let him know what we were looking for - a new king mattress and foundation. John listened to our specs and ended up showing us every set he had on the floor so we could make the best decision possible. Prices and delivery were comparable with all other stores and we picked the Serta Perfect Sleeper Glengate!
