The store was perfect. Mr Charles was amazing. He wasn't pushy helped me when I asked. He was just amazing. However the driver was my issue. he drove a 18-wheeler to deliver a king size mattress which I do not understand why. he got stuck at the end of my driveway dispatcher wanted me to walk my own mattress to him. I didn't answer my phone didn't know number when I called back they said driver was too far away and would not deliver my bad have to wait two weeks. Not very happy so I canceled my delivery

So sorry if we bothered you today & took you away from more important customers. You looked so glad to see us when we came in but that changed quickly when we told you we were looking for a day bed you had on sale. You poor salesman. Our sales associate, John was great and patient as we took our time making our choices with the many styles of furniture in the store.
Nothing wrong with the salespeople, they are just doing their job. It's the furniture that is cheap and unreliable and they don't stand behind the warranty. The tech that called me was very rude and unreasonable, definitely not customer focused. I will NEVER buy another piece of crap from Rooms To Go, they have let me down once again.
If i could give them 0 stars I would. Their business is soley based on a monetary transaction and they could care less about their consumers. Just recently I purchased some furniture that only lasted for a year before the frame completely broke and because the warranty had passed by 3 months they claimed there was nothing they could do. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY ARE ETHICALLY/MORALLY SELF-CONSCIOUS!!!
Customer service was perfect i told the gentlemen to give me time to look and once i decide i will look for him. Didn't feel pushed into anything was given the space i asked for. Deliver was on the date they told me. The only issue i have is that the bed from was damaged while they where taking it out of the box calked the 800 # and had to leave my number for them to call me because i was never able to speak to a live person tried for 4 days and yet couldn't get thru. Extremely happy with the service I received in the store. Earl was efficient, courteous and showed me the options. I chose a mattress and was out of the store within 30 minutes. The only real issue is the delivery, I have to wait over a week to get my mattress. I think that's slightly excessive.
