Our sales person said he was unaware of a return policy. Our purchase was recently delivered and not up to par for 900 dollars. He then told us we would have to call back and speak with the manager. He was not going to assist our request regardless that we read him the return policy as written on our contract as well as the Rooms to go website. Amazing indeed, what happen to training, accountability and personal dedication to the company and customer.
My sales rep was Stephen and he was great. Can't wait to get my furniture.
Rooms To Go Furniture Store - Regency will not be getting my business anymore if anyone considering doing business with them I recommend you not too. I never heard of open inventory the salesman never mention it to me that means if you don't pick up your a appliance bedding or furniture on the date you selected they can sell it even if the item is already paid for. Smfh
