As soon as me and my wife arrived we were promptly greeted by Eddie. He was very tentative to our needs and helped us immediately. He was awesome and got the sale!
I was greeted before I made 10 steps into the store. The sales person understood what I was looking for and took me to a few selections. She was well-prepared with answers for nearly every question and was incredibly helpful. I found what I wanted... and they were able to deliver when I wanted.
Greeted when we entered door with a smile.she Tina Tucker was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Today 5/25/2017 we received our furniture. The deliuevery guys was pleasant, made sure everything was in order before they left and asked if we had any questions and that we understood how everything worked.
Tina greeted us at the door and showed us several sofas to meet our needs. She was very helpful and we were veer satisfied with her assistance.
Love my furniture. Eddie our sales rep was awesome. But delivery men stealing from my house is inexcusable. I've been a rooms to go customer for 10 years and I don't know if I can buy another piece of furniture from them. Of course customer care is closed when the delivery men left. So we will see what happens on Monday.
