Visited Room Mate Grace with my husband for his 50th Birthday. Received a complimentary room upgrade and a lovely bottle of fizz. 2 minute walk to Times Square, clean, quirky hotel with a good breakfast to start your day in New York. Would highly recommend.
Amazing hotel right by Times Square! It was a late honeymoon/early 30th birthday present from my husband who requested some displays to be set up. The ‘Roomies’ went above and beyond creating something special and even gave a complimentary bottle of champagne. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to NYC!
The room was clean and staff was great. I am from NY and needed a hotel for an over night stay. One reason that I chose this hotel was for the pool, as I had two 13 year olds that were looking forward to it. Upon check in, we were told that the pool would not be available due to a private event. This is something that I feel I should have been made aware of when booking the hotel. This would probably caused me not to stay here in the future
I booked Room Mate Grace in NYC as loved hotel in Amsterdam! Location was excellent & very close to Time Square! Service by staff was excellent & very professional! We checked out a day early even though we paid a guaranteed rate as couldn’t handle another day of attempting to get in & out of the bed. I have never seen a bed in hotel where you had to climb up on a frame border to get to far side of bed. Bed abutted 3 walls. If my husband & I were in our 20s or 30s, this might not be issue but we are not.
Fantastic location and very helpful staff. Grateful for the strong a/c in New York's steamy August weather. Clean, albeit small, rooms and great shampoo/conditioner to boot! Will definitely choose Roommate Grace the next time we are in NYC.
My wife and I loved the hotel. We Stayed here for our honeymoon, and the location was incredible. The staff were extremely accommodating. We will be back!

Our family had a super stay at Room Mate Grace! Perfect location for us! This was our first visit to NYC & Room Mate Grace Hotel. The staff was awesome for us Alabama folks!!! Highly recommend this hotel!
