What a wonderful place! Love the bar and the pool
Un hôtel très bien situé, (à 2 pas de Times Square), que je connais bien puisque j’y suis allé 5 fois. Le personnel est sympa et serviable sans être envahissant. Les chambres sont petites, mais très bien conçues et décorées. Le petit dej est d’un excellent rapport qualité prix, enfin après une journée à arpenter la ville, on profite de la piscine, du sauna, de la salle de gym.
Es mi Séptimo año viniendo. Grace en NY es para mi mejor experiencia siempre que vengo a NY Gracias Alvaro Diaz el mejor Gerente hotelero del mundo eres tan servicial que cautivas, Gracias Ana en el buffet del desayuno eres tan especial con tu eterna sonrisa al igual que todo el equipo y Gracias a Lidia en Recepcion la conozco desde que me hospede por primera vez y siempre es un amor y nos recibe con un amoroso y fraternal cariño Gracias Room Mate Grace la tía Grace como yo cariñosamente la llamo hasta el próximo año 😘

Nah am Times Square und somit eine tolle Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Das Personal zu jeder Zeit nett und hilfsbereit. 👍
excelente experiencia...segundo viaje para mí quedándome en el Grace....super amables todos....limpio prolijo ordenado agradable y con un desayuno riquísimo!!!!
Despite a great location, a very disappointing stay, and I certainly wouldn’t stay again, the rooms are dark, small things such as one pack of tea and towels for one when it’s booked for two people, the rooms are tiny, there is no door to the bathroom so no privacy if you’re sharing a room, plastic glasses in the bar and if I stretched my arms above my head I could touch each end of the pool! Staff are slow to acknowledge you too. I’d recommend looking elsewhere!
