I unfortunately cannot provide a report on my stay at Room Mate Grace because I had to cancel my reservation due to a seroius family illness, but I CAN say that this is an amazing, compassionate company. They worked with me in cancelling my reservation and even a personal, caring response from Francisco. I will definitely stay at Room Mate Grace should I visit NYC in the future.
Honeymoon in this hotel was very good, comfortable bed, great situation in times square and nice people working here.
I LOVED everything about this hotel! Location, staff, rooms, bar!! Would stay there again!!!!
