RecommendedIt was very convient location and I really like the layout... pretty cool. Missed my hot tub.
Throughly enjoyed our stay at Room mate Grace. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location can't be beat, half a block from Times Square. Have already recommended this hotel to someone.
Friendly outgoing employees go out of their way to give guests a personable experience. That's where a small hotel adds value. Had a great discussion about The Congo with Serge. We had a good laugh. Front desk receptionist handwrote the WIFI password on my room tag. The maid knocked on the door as soon as I arrived and asked if everything was ok. She was old-world polite.
