We want you to know that Scott is such a professional, prompt, and gets the job done as promised. We were in somewhat of a predicament as we were waiting for approval of an insurance claim on our roof. There was damage to our roof cap and missing shingles. When my husband spoke with Scott and told him about our concern, he immediately came to our house to access the damage. Scott at Roof 1 Construction is very responsive and knowledgeable. I was told by a knock on my door that we had a hole in our roof. I called Roof 1 and Scott answered, he came out quickly to assess the issue. He texted pictures as he was on the roof. He quickly had answers for me and worked with me for the repair. Fantastic job, very professional and personable. No surprises, high quality work. I will definitely have Roof 1 Construction do the full roof replacement when it’s time.

I received 6 or 7 bids on my roof. ROOF1 was the only GAF bid, the others were all Owens/Corning. I did my research on GAF and came away impressed. Roof1 came in under the other bids. I am always skeptical of the lowest bid. I put all the bids on a spreadsheet to compare the line items. After a conversation with Scott over the phone, I came away quite impressed. Roof 1 did an outstanding job with our roof replacement. The job was completed in one day. The yard was left as clean as they found it. The roof looks perfect. Scott was great with communicating during the quote process and repair work. I will recommend him to everyone and will definitely use him again if the need arises.
