Luis and the rest of the team were great. There was a very short time between our roof inspection/estimate and roof replacement. They arrived on time. The crew put on the new roof and cleaned up, all in one day. The roof looks good. The estimate was on the mark- there were no unexpected costs. Replacing our roof was a painless process with Roof 1!
This is a great company that delivered everything as promised. Scott was amazing and kept us informed through every step of the process. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I highly recommend Roof 1. They did an excellent job. We now have a beautiful roof. Scott also handled the contract for the other home repairs including door staining, fence staining, and a new garage door. His contractors were professional and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Roof 1 deserves better than 5 stars! They were very professional. Scott clearly explained all the work that would be done. They were willing to work with the schedule I had and made changes I needed when I had to have the trees trimmed. Luis, the project manager, kept me updated during each step of the project. Scott and Roof 1 Construction was working in our neighborhood, I called and he responded immediately! He gave the best estimate and customer service out of the three companies I contacted! Roof 1 put a new roof on our house in one day, less than two weeks after we contacted him. He not only met with our Insurance Adjuster, he assisted in filing and once the adjustment was reviewed and posted, Scott stood by his estimate which coincided with the insurance company... I just wanted to put a great review and word out for Roof 1 Construction. Not only were they fast to set up an appointment and to replace my roof, but they were so nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me understand things about my roof that I had no idea about and what they'd be doing going forward to replacement my roof. Roof 1 took care of getting my insurance to pay in full minus deductible (of course, I knew that had to be done and was prepared for that).
