Scott did a through inspection and showed me photos of work that needed to be done. He gave a reasonable price and the work was done the next week. His crew was great, quick and cleaned up well. I will use Roof 1 for any roof work needed in the future. This work was done in Conroe TX.
Was recommended to Roof 1 by neighbors when needed urgent roofing support. Called the President, Scott, as I was under contract in an option period to sell a home and the recent storms in Houston had just come through and a roofing inspection was required to progress to closure and had to be completed within the option period. After the recent large storm, I had some minor roof damage. Scott came out promptly and assessed my roof for damages. Only finding one minor spot that needed repair, he was able to patch it up on the spot for and made me a a great deal. He was very honest in that I didn’t need an entire roof or any unnecessary repairs. Will definitely reach to him when I need a new roof.
