Originally I reached out to Roof 1 Construction for an inspection and quote for a prospective house in the tight option period of buying a home. They were able to swing by that day to do the inspection. They provided a report to summarize the condition of the roof as well as a reasonable quote. Scott was very professional, polite, and helpful. He came out quickly and took care of small repairs to my roof even though I know roofers are swamped with big jobs currently due to the recent hurricane. He took before and after photos of the issues and took time to explain and answer all of our questions. He gave what struck me as honest feedback about our older roof, recommending small repairs, rather than pushing us to buy a new roof.

Scott and his crew did phenomenally well! Scott was responsive and communicative through the whole process. In addition, we called him during a high demand period due to the storms that caused damage in a lot of Houston. He was still quick to respond. Scott with Roof 1 Construction worked me into his very busy schedule within a few days. Came out and did a great repair job after the May storms in Cypress which compromised shingles around the pipe jacks. He stayed in touch by phone and text letting me know his availability and my questions. Truly appreciate the timely communication, honest assessment and for going out of his way to provide great service. Highly recommend!
Roof 1 is superb. Had an EF1 Tornado hit the area. Had over a dozen quotes from various roofers. Roof 1 was the most competitive and provided photos and vivid detailed of the work that was needed. Save yourself some time and research. We did those for you. BBB certified. Scott Westra kept us in the loop and provided regular updates. Photos of before and after were provided. Consistently 5 stars from their clients. Will be my roofers going forward.
