My carpet had several areas of wrinkles and buckling and I thought I would need to replace all of my carpet. Ron did a great job of restretching the carpet and made it look like new again. Saved me a lot of money. Reasonably priced, Very professional and great to work with . I would certainly recommend him and his services.
Great traffic delayed him but he kept me updated, got right to work stretching carpet (which was a mess). Cleaned the carpet in a timely manner. Truly delighted with work and price. I would highly recommend him. Thank you
We had carpets that became very wavy in almost every room of our house, the carpet is in good condition otherwise. We thought about replacing the carpets with wood laminate, but decided to give carpet re-stretching a try. I went to home advisor and was referred to Ron's Carpet Detail. He quoted one price then raised it without letting me know before handing me the bill. He also did not tell me he did not take debt cards which was frustrating because I was doing this for my mom, I live in a different state and did not bring my checkbook.

I never quote an exact price over the phone since there are often variables that make it impossible to predict until working on the job. On this job I guess that wasn't made clear. My hundreds of 5 star reviews should bring the expectation that I will work as efficiently as possible to do a thorough job. After 30 years on the job I'm usually very close to my phone estimate and clients usually understand that.
