Our experience was absolutely a wonderful one! Ron called prior to the appointment to let us know he was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, great customer service and great service overall. The carpets were stretched, he repaired a portion that was worn, removed a horrible stain, cleaned them and they look as if they were just installed when they were new. He is a good craftsman and takes pride in his work the results speak for themselves. Thank you Ron!

He was prompt to arrive and very personable. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do to resolve the issues I had with my carpet and made it clear what he would not be able to repair due to the age of the carpet. Overall, given the carpet's age and wear he did a very good job.
