Ron did a fantastic job. I liked that he was prompt with his calls. He calls when he says he will and he was here at my home to start the job on the dot. This to me is huge many times service people will be late in showing up or not call when they say they're going to call.
That Ron did an excellent job cleaning our carpeted stairs and a little stretching. He was prompt and very pleasant.
