It was like Ron was a magician! He restored my carpet color back to its original state. Unbelievable and the price was more than fair. I would recommend him to anybody.
Professional and honest. Really skilled craftsmen ought to save you money! Your best earned dollars are spent wisely when Ron can and will do the job, either way ask him and he'll direct you on options you have
He should of evaluated the job before he started. He jumped right in and started taking out the carpet and it ripped. I told him he should stop, but he said he wants to keep trying. Then he come down to tell us he couldn't do the job and quit. Then he charged me $300 for his time. Very disappointing.

But I guess I should explain what actually happened on this job. This was supposed to be a restretching, cleaning, & spot dyeing job. Ron called within minutes of me posting my project needs on HomeAdvisor. He was on time for the appointment and even called to say he was on his way. Super appreciated. Carpet looks like it was never in need of repair. Flawless. Bonus~ Ron is a wonderful combination of professionalism and genuine warmth. Highly recommend !!!
