Dr. Hugate is an outstanding doctor. After a brutal auto accident, I was confined to a wheelchair and had been told by other doctors that I would never walk again or if I did, I would always use a cane. Even though we had to deal with an infection, I am walking and going about life pretty much the way I did before my accident. For people considering an orthopedic physician, I would say that Dr. Hugate his experience beyond his years, due to his military service in Iraq and Afghanistan.
I had a tumor, and felt confident in putting myself in Dr Hugate's hands. Four years later, I'm doing well, and appreciate the thorough follow-up I receive from him.
He has been amazing with my son. Very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate.
Dr. Hugate recently replaced an infected hip prosthesis for my grandmother. He did not perform the original hip replacement, but we were referred to him for his expertise in complex cases. Dr. Hugate and his PAs communicated well with the family throughout the process. At follow up appointments, Dr. Hugate and his staff, especially Donna, went above and beyond to ensure that my grandma was comfortable despite her limited mobility.
I had a PAO with Dr.Hugate. I felt that I was taken care of. 8 months later, I feel great. I am SO thankful to him and his staff. They are wonderful.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, DR.HUGATE SAVED MY LIFE, AFTER NEEDING A FORTH T.H.A.(HIP REPLACEMENT) FOR DEVICE FAILURES. HE FOUND THE WAYS AND THE MEANS TO SAVE MY LEG AND GO ON WITH MY LIFE...THANKS AGAIN DR. HUGATE. DAVID V.
He was absolutely amazing. This is my husband second knee surgery 10 months ago he had a knee replacement and has not been able to walk since Dr. Hugh gate figured out exactly what was wrong took care of it told us what to do to keep it good he started surgery promptly he followed through the next morning promptly he was friendly professional couldn't of asked for a better doctor
