Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
