The office and billing staff are HORRIBLE. Do NOT go to this doctor office. I sure won't be going back.

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

The staff is great. I feel for them. They work for a petty little man. He may be a good doctor but just can't get past his condescending attitude. This guy is a class A dick!
