Dr. Johnson's approach to therapies for any number of skin issues is remarkably precise. For me, he is the Dermatologist of choice in Colorado Springs.
My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Johnson. We were referred by Dr. Rupresh Jain. We are both of East European ancestry, fair skinned and have family histories of skin cancer. I also have extensive brown moles that become uncomfortable and I see Dr. Johnson yearly to remove them. Rich and I both trust Dr. Johnson and have found him to be professional and personable. His nurses are wonderful and the office staff friendly and very helpful. Top tier. 5 stars.
Good yearly visit.
Wonderful bedside manner. Answered all my questions. Spent adequate time with me during my appt. Explained everything to me about my condition and procedure that needed to be done. His assistant, Lisa, was wonderful as well. Very caring and explained everything she was doing. Office staff were very pleasant. Will definitely recommend Dr. Johnson to my friends.

Dr. Johnson is not the most cuddly man on earth, but he is a brilliant physician. If you are looking for someone to have a beer with, you may want to go somewhere else. If you are looking for a super competent doctor who will diagnose correctly and treat appropriately, Dr. Johnson can't be beat.
Doctor Jonhson continues to keep me free from skin cancer
I found Dr. Johnson to be very personable and professional, apologizing to me for being late. He was referred to me by my plastic surgeon, Dr. Jain. I had concerns about moles and he made a thorough exam, treated me, and answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed. I knew I would like him because I value Dr. Jain's opinion and I knew I could trust that I would receive optimal care.
