I arrived 10 minutes early for a scheduled oil change. When greeted I was told it would probably take 1 1/2 hours because they took in more work. Apparently the work was completed in about an hour but I was never contacted in the waiting area. I saw my service guy walk through several times. After two hours I just happened to be going through my email and found my service report. I contacted another service advisor who let me know my car was done. I was charged $2,600 just for labor for 11.5 hours of labor, and the GM just didn't get that $250 an hour for 1 guy (who he told me pockets about 35 of that per hour) is wrong at anytime, especially during a pandemic. I have a family. He doesn't give one tiny little sh*t about you or your family. Go ahead Jason, give me your next cool calculated, cold-blooded response. Or, do the right thing and refund me. I won't be finished until you do.

Let’s talk about Ron tonkin. Worst dealership experience, If you’re a first time car buyer BEWARE. I suggest taking your business else where. I recently bought a car here and told them I want nothing but the car and now somehow I find out that they also racked up charges after I told them I want no warranty but ended up with one anyway and have been impossible to work with. Do not have your vehicle serviced here. They took our 4 runner for joy rides. We had proof and they charged us for work that was never done. Thousands of dollars worth of work that wasn’t done. We got two other opinions from other service places and they both laughed and said none of what we were charged for was done and when we called them they basically said their work was solid. Scammers.

Great service from the time I was first greeted. I was rather cranky because this was not a planned part of my smokey day! But Mitchell was terrific and the service guys were able to fix the problem and I was on my way again in a little over an hour!
