I loved this place when they were Town and Country Jeep and since there change in ownership there level of customer service has bottomed out. I had a bad experience two years ago and started going else where and today brought my Jeep in for a Jeep specific issue and again customer service was awful. Despite that there very nice Customer Relations person Stephanie tried to smooth things over this morning and gave me a courtesy oil change, I don't think I will be back.
Bought our truck brand new from here. Made an appointment to have an issue fixed....been sitting an hour+ since the appointment time and the truck hasn't been touched. Very bad service department.

I stopped in to look at a used Jeep, they had just gotten it on a trade and it hadn't gone through a saftey inspection yet. The tires were bald and the radiator had a leak. We verbally agreed on a fair price and they said they would call me back to let me know if I was approved and we'd go from there. 3 days later I still hadn't heard back so I called.
