My transmission in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler went bad. I contacted the dealership and discovered my issue was covered under the warranty. Jonny B. was my point of contact the entire time. I cannot say better things about his customer service skills. The repairs on my Jeep were complex and took longer than I had expected. I've been into the McLoughlin Fiat service department twice recently for minor warranty issues and both times I've had an exceptional experience. Jon Brooks, my service advisor, has been very conscientious, courteous and sincere in his efforts. The work was done while I waited and they even washed and vacuumed my car when they returned it to me. This is a company, and an employee, that really knows how to take care of a customer! We had a bump in the road with our car and we went to Hero and he was GREAT!!! Marty in parts and Service was awesome. They worked with us pretty much all day to make sure our car was up and running the way it was suppose to be. Thanks again guys. We do really appreciate it!!
This was the very best experience of buying a car I have ever had! I will definitely buy from them again! Every person was helpful, professional and courteous! It didn't end at the car deal! They are still helpful with my questions and any assistance I have needed! I have referred 3 people already and will be a customer for life!!!

Bought a car here 2 years ago had one problem which got fixed under warranty but went in there today and got horrible service from a lady named Julian or Julie. I asked her what other locations my maintaince plan would work at and her response was to get a phone book open it up and look inside. Make sure they are actually topping your fluids off on oil changes. And keep record of oil changes. Three months ago a filter on my car was red took it in today and now it's yellow.
