The service is awful!!! The lady that works as the service assistant is so rude. We were rear ended that called them to tell them and they were nothing but rude and made it seem like it was our fault. Never getting our car serviced here again or at least not by her.
The parts guys at Mcloughlin Chrysler Jeep are great! Every time I go in there I get great service!! Mopar!!!!
We purchased a brand new truck here. Long story short they were pushy and lied. Would not recommended them to anyone. They will not be getting our business next time! They have terrible customer service will not try to right their wrongs when they easily can.
I came into the Jeep parts department needing to make a purchase. Tom at the counter helped me and was amazing. The parts manager Byron also helped me. Sometimes it can be intimidating as a lady to come into a parts department - but they both treated me with the most respect and were charming and funny. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Byron and Tom!

I had Jonathan brooks to help me,he was very informative on service work. The work was done quick and a very fair price . I would recommend my friends to go there and if I have any more service done I would go there first. Thank you Jonathan for helping us and a good experience.
Jon in service is fabulous! He knows what he is talking about, he follows through, and he knows more about FIAT than anyone at the dealership. He got my FIAT in and out with all the updates and throughout the time he had my car, he had excellent communication. I really appreciate Jon and his knowledge and customer service. He is the reason I will go back to FIAT.
I recently purchased a 2015 Chrysler 300 - a beautiful car. I returned to the dealership yesterday so they could install the GPS for me. My thanks to Jeremy, a dealer representative, and to John and Eric in the Service Dept. for being so responsive in working with me.
