Initial interaction with salesman was not good at all. Thankfully, Gary O., stepped in to help us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. I have to say my vehicle came from Ram with some scratches from the assembly line under some black wrap they installed from the factory and Ram would not take care of there mistake, Dustin from Ron Tonkin got ahold of me and knew I was upset with the manufacturer so he said as a dealer they will take care of the issue, so I dropped the truck off and had a loaner car waiting for me and within 24hrs I got a call saying your truck is ready, I showed up not sure how it was going to look but to my surprise it was fixed flawlessly... read more

I had already started the initial information online and knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. I had a ton of negative equity in my old vehicle and really didn't think I would be able to get the Journey crossover I wanted. I was financed, have amazing warranty coverage (yes, I read and understood the details) and am so in love with my new car! Thank you Scott and everyone in the background for your time and effort!
