Understaffed, overworked and bordering on RUDE. Plus the service dept tries to sell unnecessary services, like replacing NEW cabin filters or oil flushes, when the manual does not recommend them. The power steering unit is different from other components in your car. It houses many parts including the power steering pump and power steering hose.
