They have an “Express Lane” for quick oil change & tire rotations. Supposed to be 1st come 1st serve. But now you have to make an appointment. It can be 3-4 days out. So I made mine for noon. Had the Jeep in at 11:50. Told it would be an hour. An hour later at 1pm they just took my Jeep into the service bay. When I ask why the delay, I was told the shop was backed up. Stopped by to look at the Pacifica’s. I never even made it close enough to touch one. Sales person (who never introduced herself) asked what we were interested in looking at. I didn’t even make it through what I was saying and she suggested a Journey and made a point to say it was only 20k. She made a judgement that we couldn’t afford a Pacifica. Ive done my homework. Very dishonest service department. Did not preform all services that were paid for. Could not argue because parts where marked. Got upset when called out.
