Literally THE worst experience of my life. The salesperson was so great, too bad the Manager was so condescending & rude & ruined it for him. Did not ruin it for us, we just got home from their competitor with our new Jeep. I’ve been spoiled by Beaverton Infiniti the past 2 vehicles. We are buyers, too bad we were treated so inconceivably horrible.
Great service and even had a mishap when scheduling an appointment and was not on the schedule when I showed up. They still got me in and took care of my issues promptly. Would highly recommend Ron Tonkin for any needed service.

The only negative was that it took a few calls to get a call back. Other than that, service was good. They fixed a hard to diagnose problem and detailed the car beautifully.
I took my Ram 1500 into Tonkin Dodge Express Service this morning. they completed the recall repair in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way home. Quick, professional, and friendly service all around. The manager Dominick was very helpful and I thank him for his service.
