I love this place had some minor work on my jeep and it was quick and almost effortless thank you so much Jackson Qual and McLaughlin Chrysler jeep!
I stopped in to look at a used Jeep, they had just gotten it on a trade and it hadn't gone through a saftey inspection yet. The tires were bald and the radiator had a leak. We verbally agreed on a fair price and they said they would call me back to let me know if I was approved and we'd go from there. 3 days later I still hadn't heard back so I called. They told me the had sold it wholesale because it had so many problems. So I continued my search for a Jeep only to find out that they were selling the very same Jeep for $300... read more

The service is awful!!! The lady that works as the service assistant is so rude. We were rear ended that called them to tell them and they were nothing but rude and made it seem like it was our fault. Never getting our car serviced here again or at least not by her.
