I've been into the McLoughlin Fiat service department twice recently for minor warranty issues and both times I've had an exceptional experience. Jon Brooks, my service advisor, has been very conscientious, courteous and sincere in his efforts. The work was done while I waited and they even washed and vacuumed my car when they returned it to me. This is a company, and an employee, that really knows how to take care of a customer! Great job, Jon! And, thanks!
We had a bump in the road with our car and we went to Hero and he was GREAT!!! Marty in parts and Service was awesome. They worked with us pretty much all day to make sure our car was up and running the way it was suppose to be. Thanks again guys. We do really appreciate it!!
