I had my doubts that I would be leaving with a New truck today. Well, thanks to Jeff, Scott, Walter, and Brian, I left with a New Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn! I love this truck!!!! Thank you all for a great job! Great experience at this dealership.
Sales men are rude so I walked away... Sorry a little respect goes along way.... After all when your going to buy a car and we all know the time and talk the salesman use to get you to give them your money.... RESPECT... Had a great experience today in service. Came in for multiple software updates on my jeep Cherokee, was promptly greeted by a service manager who assured me that my service would be quick, even though I had a ton of updates that needed to be done. They even rotated my tires and adjusted my PSI while it was there! Great service and will definitely be taking my jeep back for any more service work! Kristin was great! Worst service, if something is wrong with you brand new truck they want too pass it off and say its your fault. Never in my life will I buy a new truck from tonkin dodge

Got my new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn 4x4 the first of July. Have been amazed by the power towing my trailer, the economy on gas mileage, the ride is so smooth, and the price was way better than I could get in Skagit County, Washington. Dave Ames was my salesman and had said I would enjoy this more than my old truck and he was right. I have hauled firewood and a full load of dirt and nothing seems to bog it down. Service department customer service needs a tuneup.
My husband went to go look at a used Dodge megacab and everything went smoothly. We ended up buying the truck and David Ames helped us with everything. It well with no hassle and got us into finance quick and off we went. Very pleasant experience and I have a happy husband, with his dream truck.
