Ron Tonkin is a rip off they totaly screwed me and my family out of one of their side lots and ruined my families credit due to lies!!! And malicious actions of shredding legal signed documents of our rough draft sale paper we agreed to!!!! Get copies of everything so you don't fall into the same trap... when i went back to get a copy with the informatio that we agreeded on and signed, we where told that they shredded it and laughed. I gave them a couple of chances to change my mind and give them my business on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler... well let's just say I drive 40 minutes from home to Gresham to get my service done. First time called about if they would be willing to change door weather stripping but got continually cut off mid sentence by the person on the other end... then just today dropped off at 9am for oil change and tire rotation.. called a couple times and failed to even get someone to answer the phones... show up and it was still sitting there ... read more
This was my first visit to Ron Tonkin. Came in for recall work and an oil change for my Fiat 500. Kristen Robinson was an excellent service advisor. Thank you for making my trip in from Salem so easy.

Bought a new Jeep Patriot. TJ was great. Let us test drive a few of the Renagades because that's what I thought I wanted and when I asked about the Patriot a couple of hours into our visit, he didn't even flinch. He knew all about the special features and really went the extra mile to find exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.
